The project consists of a suite of tools used in a company’s internal localization testing process. The process contains the detection and recording of the human tester actions against the product, replicates these actions on the translated versions of the product (in other languages than English), detection of certain types of GUI bugs and allows the human review on screenshot pairs for linguistic problems. |

The application manages the contracts regarding services offered by a communication service company. There is a management of service orders, where they are organized in contracts, listed by customer. The service operations provided are also stored and the technicians can access them to see a history of the performed actions. The user interface is web based, designed using ASP .NET, the code behind being written in Visual Basic .NET. To access the persistence layer of an SAP system, web Services technology was used. The project consisted of developing a set of reports for the sales department of a large corporation. The reports had to be integrated in the Astea Alliance 6.8 application portal. The reports were developed using ActiveReports and CrystalReports, with Astea Alliance integration code written in VB. |
