The objective of this project is to provide a set of tools that would manage the digital identities of all members in the organization. The tested solution is a very complex remote storage platform and online backup system. The main focus has to be put on usability and stability and on security (the system supports a high number of role/ account types and combination of user access permissions). At this moment we are defining and evaluating a few automated testing strategies in order to be able to cover all security and performance/ stability features.

The tested solution is a real time virtual prototyping system. The main challenge of the testing phase was being able to fully test the system performance. Being a real time rendering/ virtualization software, performance and response times are the main risks of the project. Therefore, we tried to set up the testing strategy by focusing on all usage possibilities: stand alone system, clustered systems, cross platform clustered systems.
