Collaboration Startup

Please notice that the first steps of the collaboration start-up process are free of risk and costs for our possible clients.

  • customer challenge investigation

Our multidirectional communication process assures an efficient exchange of information between Fortech and its possible customers. The communication procedures comprise: phone conferences, e-mailing, face-to-face meetings.

  • confidentiality agreement

Through our contractual confidentiality obligations we assure our client of not disclosing the information covered by the agreement. Our NDA creates a confidential relationship, in which both parts are able to understand the processes used in each other’s business for the purpose of evaluating the potential business alliance.

  • Fortech capabilities analysis

In order to guarantee the quality of our services and to persuade our possible customers that we are a reliable and valuable partner, we answer to RFIs and provide several materials like company profile and portfolio, similar projects presentations, team CVs. A feasibility study is done by our specialists, reported to Fortech experience and technical know-how, in order to determine if the requested project can be done with a maximum return of investment.

  • demo-applications delivery

For long term collaborations, at the proposal of a new project, we implement free of charge demos. In this way, the outcomes are more predictable in term of cost, time, and quality.

  • collaboration model agreement

A framework contract is established between both parts, defining the general terms of the partnership: delivery model, confidentiality, ownership, working agreements and other common agreed contractual aspects.

  • project implementation

The solution is implemented in different iterations, thus clear quality gates are defined. The project implementation process follows these well defined steps:

  1. offer
  2. order
  3. implementation
  4. delivery
  5. acceptance
