The evaluation process is vital to a company oriented towards performance and success.  Performance is given by a multitude of factors such as technical, professional and personal abilities.The 360° feedback performance appraisal combines input from supervisors, peers and direct reports to provide a broad perspective on an employee's strengths and developmental needs. Each employee evaluation is followed by the definition of short/long term professional objectives.

Our evaluation procedure is comprised of:

  • Top-Down appraisals:  an analysis of each person made by the direct supervisor. The target is to set up objectives (SMART) in order to improve performance.
  • Bottom-Up appraisals:  an evaluation of the supervisor made by each employee . The outcome will determine how the supervisor is perceived by its team and what needs to be improved in terms of communication and process.
