Consequently, living up to its members’ expectations, Fortech assumes programs of professional development whose goal is to combine learning and performance increase with fun and group memories. Focusing on activities that enhance collective motivation of results-oriented teams, Fortech pursues team-building activities through a variety of practices, such as group-dynamic events, sports, and amusements. We definitely pride on our most remarkable outdoor team-buildings in Belis, Baisoara and Arieseni.

Through chilly temperatures and snow showers, the Fortech team moved enthusiastically ahead with skis, good mood and…beer!

The spirit of adventure could definitely not let go of the Fortech team within a breath-taking mountain landscape… nor could they give up dancing, partying, and simply hanging together in the evenings.

In a time when creativity and imagination took hold of the Fortech team… the 3 divided groups’ outstanding performance has been rewarded with ‘self-made’, carefully-crafted FORTLARI, a barbecue party and a camp fire.
