It goes without saying, Fortech always strived to add some more to the generic employees’ gatherings, in creating a sense of community and shared entertainment activities. In appreciation of their steady commitment to the company, to its values and goals, Fortech throws themed parties for Christmas, Halloween and birthday parties. Fortech- 5 years (December 2008)
This year, Fortech tried to create a different atmosphere for celebrating the Christmas party. Under the disguise of a Black-Tie event, the Marketing and HR departments organized a surprise party to celebrate 5 years of Fortech. Most certainly, the event was marked by a short, yet nostalgic remembrance incursion in the ‘good old days’ (through clips), by a funny pop quiz about Fortech and by the most welcomed Fortech-logo-resembling cake. Bringing the Spirit of Christmas to Fortech (Christmas 2006, 2007, 2008)
We, at Fortech, celebrate Christmas not because it is the right season to do so, but because Christmas is the celebration of a state of mind. So, presents unwrapping, carol singing and dancing make up the overall Christmas spirit of cherished happiness and joy.
It’s Pumpkin’ Time at Fortech! (October 2007)
We don’t trick-or-treat or visit haunted attractions on Halloween, but we craft pumpkins and dress accordingly.
Fortech never forgets its members in times of their birthdays and always celebrates in style. It is above all a sign of employee recognition and acknowledgement of their contribution to projects. It may all seem just fun and quality time spent away from the office…in truth, team-building activities, team rewards and parties aimed at strengthening the process of communication between team members by motivating each individual, increasing the level of trust, and identifying and improving the weak points of the group. It is in this way that Fortech managed to built, along the years, a strong identity for its team.
