Time Management Training (November 2009, September 2007)

In collaboration with Smart Training, Fortech organized a two-day weekend training session on Time Management, targeting the project leaders in Fortech. The course helped participants recognize some problems in the way they manage their daily time and also to identify solutions for these issues. The participants also experienced interactive role playing games and study cases.

We re-shared tips and tricks on this subject in the autumn of 2009 and talked about time management techniques and supporting tools, having in mind the aim of improved efficiency.
