Fortech is keen to have some of the best-prepared software engineers on the market. We invest in our team's performance development, in order to have the best specialists in the projects we develop.

In Fortech, all the members of the development and testing teams are University Computer Science graduates. The majority of the graduates own a Master Degree and several are undertaking PhD studies in Computer Science.

Beside the yearly training plan - for technical skills and soft skills development - we organize project workshops and we also offer professional and financial support to our employees who are willing to obtain different IT related certifications. 

Team Certifications

	The Oracle Certifications of our members of the staff officially state their performance, deep knowledge and expertise in database systems.
	About 50% of the Fortech QA testing team have been awarded with ISTQB Foundation Level certifications. Recently, the team has been prepared and trained to acquire the ISTQB Advanced Level certification.
	Several members of Fortech Java team have been trained to acquire the SCJP (Sun Certified Java Programmer) Certification.
	Several members of Fortech .Net (C#) team have been trained to acquire the Microsoft Certifications at the beginning of this year.
	Our IT Support team has successfully undertaken the Cisco Training Program.
	Most of our team members have Brainbench Certifications. We can count several of them: Java; .Net (C#); C/C++; Data Base; Testing; Cisco Networking.
