We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team located at our headquarters in Cluj Napoca.
The role offers the chance to work in a mature team and deepen your sales and business specific know-how through interaction with the rapidly changing software development field and a variety of internal stakeholders. You will be involved in the entire sales process, playing an active role in converting prospects into active clients.
Valid Until:31 July 2017
- Complete the entire sales process from prospecting all the way through leads management and closing, whilst liaising with all the parties involved: internal delivery teams, controlling, legal and others
- Manage the creation of more complex documents as RFPs/RFIs in cooperation with the internal delivery teams, HR and other third parties
- Assist in creating lead-generation campaigns and undertake their implementation
- Perform constant follow-ups with potential clients
- Build positive relationships with potential new clients
- Min. 2-3 years of working experience. Experience in an IT company is considered a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication (written and verbal, both in Romanian and English) and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and target driven person with a proven track record of building successful client relationships
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field is a plus
- Experience in working with a CRM system is a plus
- Knowledge of business development and sales experience is a plus
