Right before we rally into 2021, we want to take one last glance back at 2020, sharing a few achievements that marked our year, a year unlike any other. Without a doubt, 2020 will remain in history as the year of great adaptation. We adapted our lives to a new work environment; we adapted our ways of doing business; we adapted our social interactions and engagement. But most of all, we embraced change at a fast pace.
As a change-ready organization, we added new services to our commercial offer while continuously skilled and upskilled our team. Our work and determination paid off, as we ended 2020 with 30% more new clients, strengthened our position in the UK & Danish markets, besides maintaining a strong position on our traditional focus markets, US, and Western Europe.
