About
We are looking to add two new colleagues to our management team.
You will be part of the team, helping them deliver the agreed scope at maximum quality daily, being part of all the stages of the software development lifecycle.
As the team leader, you will keep the team motivated and engaged, manage the stakeholders’ expectations, and monitor delivery through various reports and KPIs.

Your Responsibilities
- Assures teams have all mechanisms & skills set to deliver according to plans & commitments to clients and have regular syncs with EMs for this
- Monitors performance & facilitates improvements of poor performance
- Participates in specific activities to generate new business on existing portfolio
- Forecasting their people allocation in all relevant tools
- Attends the PM Community specific activities
- Anticipates and acts on potential conflicts or risks
- Maintains healthy relationships with all stakeholders & clients
- Manages projects under close supervision from a Mid/Senior PM

Time & Location
- The internship will be held between the 3rd of April and the 2nd of June
- Location – Hybrid (Fortech headquarters in Cluj-Napoca and Remote)
