Customer Support Representative with German

Role Summary

Fortech is looking to add a Customer Support Representative with excellent German (C1/C2) and English skills to its team in Cluj Napoca.

In this role, you will be involved in 1st level phone support, email support, ticket solving. Our partner is one of the top leaders in the automotive industry. The application on which we offer support is for a car manufacturer; it manages all parts of a car and the compatibility between them.

Your Responsibilities

  • Resolve low, medium and high complexity tickets/emails/phone calls from customers which require direct interaction with customer

Your Competencies

  • Excellent German skills (C1/C2)
  • Advanced English skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic estimation techniques
  • Ability to solve medium/high complexity tickets/emails/phone calls from the customer within the required timeframe with little or no supervision
  • Ability to deliver technical feedback
  • Time management skills
  • Proactive attitude
  • Studies related to IT – nice to have
