Fortech 2022 Retrospective

At Fortech, 2022 was a rich journey, with many wonderful stories written together with our colleagues. Stories about Community, Reliability, Perspectives, and Empowerment. Stories about our passion for technology.
Our milestones and achievements include a variety of entries: from getting the 100-employee milestone in Iasi and the 150-employee milestone in Oradea to opening a new office in Oradea. We enjoyed our #StoriesOfCraft Campaign while keeping up-to-date with the LinkedIn Learning resources. Nonetheless, our hard work got rewarded with a place in the Top 100 Most Desired Employers in Romania, two Employer Branding Awards for our 2021 “Craft & Grow. Together.” campaign and the Deloitte Best Managed Companies in Romania in 2022 certification. The end of the year welcomed us into the GlobalLogic family.
They say time flies by when in good company. While we enjoyed making and sharing the #StoriesOfCraft campaign, we got involved in our tech events, internships, and entry-level programs. We also liked participating in sports events, writing on our blog, or publishing new episodes on our internal podcast, Fortech on Air.
Last but not least, we saved what we value the most, the #FortechCommunity that made it possible to organize so many events from Dragobete Blood Donation campaign, March and Easter gifts, #TogetherWeStand campaign, our traditional Fortech Moving Challenge, First Aid Training sessions with SMURD, Bring a Toy to Work campaign, Halloween contests, Smart Thursday series to bigger events like Company Meeting, Fortech Woodstock Party, and Fortech Crafters Awards.
Thank you for crafting the Fortech story together and for all these wonderful moments! We are looking forward to #NewPerspectives with GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company.
