- Fortech, a GlobalLogic Company, is for the third year in a row in the Top 100 Most Desired Employers in Romania and Top 50 Most Desired IT&C Employers in Romania.
- The Top 100 Most Desired Employers in Romania is a yearly survey performed by Catalyst Solutions, the most complex instrument on the Romanian market for assessing the perception and expectations of professionals, graduates, and students on the attractiveness of employers.
We are happy to share that Fortech, a GlobalLogic Company, has ranked again in the Top 100 Most Desired Employers in Romania and Top 50 Most Desired IT&C Employers in Romania in 2023. This recognition is a proof of trust from our voters and acknowledges our people promise for craft, growth, and teamwork.
The Most Desired Employers Survey is a reliable online tool designed by Catalyst and refined for the last 17 years. It measures the employer brand attractiveness and the factors associated with the most desired employers for each relevant target group. Actionable insights are provided by in-depth analysis of Employer Behavior, Communication Channels, and Employer Perception. The study is based on 14.446 open and unassisted answers from experienced and entry-level respondents who ranked the top 5 employers in Romania for whom they would like to work.

New Perspectives for Our Team
In 2022, Fortech was acquired by GlobalLogic Inc., a Hitachi Group Company and Digital Engineering leader headquartered in Silicon Valley, San Jose, California. The acquisition was completed in February 2023 and made Fortech a wholly owned subsidiary of GlobalLogic. Stemming from a solid foundation, Fortech is well-positioned to become a new growth vector of core digital engineering talent in CEE within GlobalLogic, as it evolves into GlobalLogic Romania.
This new chapter in our company’s story is opening new perspectives for our team and clients. Being part of a larger, global company will provide us with a greater range of opportunities.
