• The yearly survey from Catalyst Solutions is a complex market reference tool that measures the attractiveness of employers in Romania based on assessments from professionals, graduates, and students.

We are proud and honored to be ranked as the 69th Most Desired Employer in Romania, according to the Top 100 Most Desired Employers Study 2021. Run by Catalyst Solutions for the 16th consecutive year, the study is based on 14,347 open and unassisted answers of experienced and entry-level respondents who ranked the top 5 employers in Romania for whom they would like to work.

This recognition acknowledges Fortech’s focus on taking care of our team and strengthening our local communities. Being 100% Romanian-owned company, it fills us with joy to make it on a list dominated by large global brands that operate in industries such as IT&C, Automotive, Banking, etc.

Ambitious Growth Plans

In 2020, the health and safety of our colleagues and our local communities remained a top priority. Reacting swiftly to the global situation, we adapted to the remote work environment at an accelerated pace. We kicked off 2021 with renewed strength, new business ventures, and ambitious growth plans. We are currently hiring over 130 tech professionals in our Cluj-Napoca headquarters, regional offices, and remotely.
