We are looking for a B2B Campaign Specialist to complement our marketing team. With a marketing strategy deeply rooted in the business strategy, our mission is to support the B2B lead generation and sales enablement, while building a consistent brand image and positioning.
Your contribution will be instrumental in helping translate Fortech’s commercial ambition into tangible demand generation tactics across a variety of business segments.
You’ll build sales activation and brand-building campaigns along with the corresponding nurturing model that attracts and take the prospects down the funnel. In addition, you’ll have the chance to pilot new content distribution and lead generation initiatives.
Finally, you are a digitally savvy marketer who believes in data-driven executions and is ready to transform data into insights and insights in beautiful dashboards that inform marketing strategy.

Your Skills
- Possess relevant experience in a digital marketing role, ideally in a B2B setting
- Digital native, at ease working with a variety of digital and social platforms
- Experience in working with buyer personas and developing strategies to serve specific targets
- Well versed with campaign mechanics from conceptualization to administration, parameters optimization, personalization, and performance reporting;
- Displays curiosity and capacity to process amounts of IT concepts and information specific to certain business verticals
- Proficient in written and spoken English; Advanced English language skills, both verbal and written)
Your Responsibilities
- Drive the process for planning and implementing brand building and B2B targeted demand generation campaigns
- Run direct advertising via Google and LinkedIn Ads to capture in-market demand
- Conceptualize targeted demand generation campaigns on specific themes for out-of-market clients (with latent needs), that extend across channels, incorporate a nurturing model, and numerous digital content assets
- Drive/contribute to client lifecycle engagement campaigns, aiming to sustain farming and advocacy
- Conduct campaign forecasting, set-up, monitoring, optimization, and performance reporting
- Liaise with sales teams to properly define the buyer persona, the buyer journey, and the corresponding growth themes
- Collaborate with web&seo, content, and media owners to implement the campaign calendar, and ensure proper sync with the outbound owner to avoid concepts conflict and audience overlap
- Oversee the global campaign calendar and determine the deliverability timeline
- Customize copy to fit campaign purpose if needed
