Business Unit Assistant Manager

We are looking for a Business Unit Assistant Manager eager to leave a mark on Fortech’s story. Join us on a bold, new journey where we establish our presence in the LCAP market. In this role, you will be providing support in various areas with an impact on a team/management/organization level. You will act as a liaison between the support departments, managers, and clients.

Your Skills

  • University degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a company providing software development services can be a plus
  • Good command of Microsoft Office and Atlassian suits
  • Independent, proactive, and able to work with little supervision and operate in a team environment
  • Ability to work effectively with remote, distributed teams
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask, maintain focus and work under pressure
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to learn and understand IT technical information
  • Resilient, outgoing, and self-motivated attitude
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced English language skills, both verbal and written

Mid Business Unit Assistant Manager

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a fast-paced environment
