Your Skills

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office base package  
  • Hands-on experience in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, zOS, TSO, ISPF, on mainframe systems.
  • Creating, updating, testing, and maintaining COBOL programs.
  • Application management, Job monitoring, performing root cause analysis.
  • Perform source code analysis, extract and document functional flow, code, test and fix technical issues.
  • Understand and create Design documents based on requirement analysis.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle processes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment (Agile or Waterfall based).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interaction skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English. German is a plus

Junior – Mid COBOL Developer

  • 0.5 – 4 years of hands-on software development experience with COBOL
