Bachelor’s Degree is required
Good command of Microsoft Office

Drive the entire recruitment process to attract the right talent that meets our business needs
Understand the specific technical requirements for the ongoing positions, while closely collaborating with decision-makers to find the best match for each opening
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, with a focus on process efficiency and continuous improvement
Partner with Hiring Managers to drive the recruitment process by setting expectations and maintaining consistent communication
Focus on active recruitment strategies to attract the candidates that match the current openings
Work constantly on improving the Recruitment and Selection Process
Mid IT Recruiter
Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
Nice to have – IT recruiting background and/or Employer Branding experience
Senior IT Recruiter
Minimum 6 years of recruiting experience in the IT field
Employer Branding experience in the IT field is highly appreciated
