Your Responsibilities
- Drive the entire recruitment process to attract the right talent that meets our business needs
- Understand the specific technical requirements for the ongoing positions, while closely collaborating with decision-makers to find the best match for each opening
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, with a focus on process efficiency and continuous improvement
- Partner with Hiring Managers to drive the recruitment process by setting expectations and maintaining consistent communication
- Focus on active recruitment strategies to attract the candidates that match the current openings
- Work constantly on improving the Recruitment and Selection Process
Your Experience
Mid IT Recruiter
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
- Nice to have – IT recruiting background and/or Employer Branding experience
Senior IT Recruiter
- Minimum 6 years of recruiting experience in the IT field
- Employer Branding experience in the IT field is highly appreciated
