IT Support Representative

Your Skills

  • Attention-to-detail
  • Solid team player with a can-do attitude
  • Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Office suite, and Mobile devices (iOS and Android)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced English language skills, both verbal and written
  • Operating experience in Microsoft Office 365 tenant is a plus
  • A good understanding of networking fundamentals is a plus
  • Experience with Atlassian tools is a plus

Your Responsibilities

  • Ability to manage and preserve technical equipment
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues;
  • Manage company assets (procurement, inventory, shipping, assignation)
  • Manage access and permissions (grant access, revoke access, accounts creation)
  • Provide full end-user support in using IT devices and applications
  • Execute tasks on a regular basis as part of the internal IT procedures
  • Collaborate with team members and technical staff to resolve incidents

Your Experience

Junior IT Support Representative

  • A minimum of 0.5 years of previous experience in related field is highly appreciated

 

Mid IT Support Representative

  • 1.5 years of previous experience in a related field
