We are looking for experienced professionals for our R&D and Ideation departments.
The R&D team counts more than 50 colleagues. Our vision is to nurture a product mindset to identify opportunities in the bigger tech ecosystem. We’re here to solve problems with tech solutions by developing in-house products created from our own research in the Ideation team or in collaboration with our partners.
In our department, we are working on multiple directions:
- MVP development. Our product ideas come from various industries (Office management, Energy, Healthcare, and Manufacturing). We have finalized 2 MVPs so far, and we are currently working on a 3rd one.
- Research and development for PoCs. In our department, we are constantly looking for problems to solve with technology.
- New products launched in Joint Ventures. We partner with entrepreneurs to help them develop, launch and scale faster in their markets.
- Internal tools program. Our focus while managing 18 internal tools is ensuring that our colleagues’ experience using them is smooth.

.NET Senior Developer/Architect:
- 5 – 8+ years of hands-on software development experience with .NET framework (ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core)

- Experience in building solution architecture, analyzing and translating business needs into long-term technical solutions
- Knowledge of advanced data analytics frameworks
- Experience with cloud providers (Google Cloud, Azure, AWS, etc.)
Java Senior Developer/Architect:
- 5-8+ years of hands-on software development experience with Java technologies (Java Core, Java Spring, REST/Soap)
- Experience in the development of web applications based on microservices architecture
- Experience in building solution architecture, analyzing and translating business needs into long-term technical solutions
- Knowledge of advanced data analytics frameworks
- Experience with cloud providers (Google Cloud, Azure, AWS, etc.)
Mid-Senior Front-End Developer:
- 2 – 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Experience in Front-End development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Working experience with one modern Front-End framework/library such as Angular, React, Vue, Node, etc.
- Experience with testing frameworks/tools in JavaScript: Mocha, Jasmine
QA Manual Engineer:
- Good understanding of the testing process
- Experience with issue-tracking tools
- Good database knowledge
- Analytical mindset and troubleshooting skills
- Proactive attitude
- ISTQB certification (nice to have)
QA Automation Engineer:
- Experience in QA Automation (web, mobile, or desktop applications)
- Strong experience with any programming language that can be used together with the selected automation solution

DevOps:
- Strong knowledge of Linux administration/engineering

- In-depth knowledge of scripting languages: Shell, Bash, Perl, Batch, Python)
