Mid Front-End Developer

We are looking to add a Mid Front-End Developer to our team in Cluj-Napoca.

This will be a dynamic environment, where you have the chance to participate throughout the complete software development lifecycle including the design and architectural decisions. You will focus on software quality through peer reviews, refactoring, continuous integration, and deployment.

You will be part of our team in Cluj-Napoca and will connect with software engineers and leaders from our client in Europe and the USA.

Your Responsibilities

Analyze and implement requirements
Participate in code implementation, documentation, code reviews, and testing
Perform maintenance activities (change requests, refactoring, defect fixing)
Maintain customer relationship and satisfaction

Your Competencies

Experience with the following technologies and libraries: Vanilla JavaScript, Bootstrap or MaterialUI, Typescript is a plus, Redux
Relevant experience with modern JavaScript frameworks: Angular 6+ or ReactJs, NodeJS(optional)
Experience with at least one package manager (e.g. npm)
Experience with testing frameworks (e.g. Jasmine)
Knowledge of OO-Design, UI/UX Standards/Principles/Best Practices
Knowledge of XML/SOAP, JSON, ReSTful Services (REST)
Experience with the following development tools: IntelliJ or VS Code, SVN or GiT, Atlassian Tool Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
Focus on clean code and following established best practices
Good command of English

Office Space tool manages information related to the desks used in Fortech’s headquarters. It offers the possibility to book a permanent desk for an unlimited time period or for predefined time periods. It also offers reports regarding desk usage by the entire Fortech team and also for each specific department.
