Product Owner

We are looking to add an experienced Product Owner to our team in Cluj-Napoca.

You will join a dynamic environment, and you will be responsible for continuous communication with our client and team.

You will be part of our team in Cluj-Napoca and will connect with stakeholders from our client in Germany.

Your Responsibilities

Clarify, manage and prioritize requests from users and stakeholders and deliver them to the project team
Work closely with the team members to validate business and user requirements
Write user stories and acceptance criteria
Groom and prioritize backlogs
Ensure that clear milestones and objectives are set and communicated
Attend scrum meetings with the development team and follow the progress of work
Lead refinement and planning meetings
Work with the project team to monitor the status of outstanding requests and re-prioritize requests as necessary to meet business goals
Manage direct relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts, ensuring business solutions are aligned with their goals and priorities
Comfortable to make decisions that impact the product’s future

Your Competencies

1+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
Must be well organized, detail-oriented, analytical and possess strong problem-solving skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication and project leadership skills, including an ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams
Know-how about the software development lifecycle
Good English language skills

THE PROJECT

A complete platform for an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), powering car connectivity, control and authorization services. The infrastructure connects in real-time millions of cars with external content providers and enables the control and authorization for car hardware programming (scheduling, geofencing etc.). We are significantly contributing to turning the connected vehicle into an intelligent vehicle. You will be involved in building the next benchmark for in-vehicle connectivity back-end systems for after-sales client services (like auto services).
