Your Skills
- Relevant experience in a digital marketing role, ideally in a B2B setting
- Digital native, at ease, working with a variety of digital and social platforms
- Experience in working with buyer personas and developing strategies to serve specific targets
- Well-versed with campaign mechanics from conceptualization to administration, parameters optimization, personalization, and performance reporting;
- Displays curiosity and capacity to process amounts of IT concepts and information specific to certain business verticals, including IT services and software products
- Proficient in written and spoken English; Advanced English language skills, both verbal and written)
- Healthcare knowledge is a plus
Your Responsibilities
- Contribute to defining healthcare software product/services marketing strategy, including inbound and outbound tactics
- Create quality content to attract amazing, suitable leads: blog, social media platforms, email subscriptions, and series
- Contribute to raising the number of followers to nurture/ educate the community regarding the Fortech offerings
- Run direct advertising via Google and LinkedIn Ads to capture in-market demand
- Drive/contribute to client lifecycle engagement campaigns, aiming to sustain farming and advocacy
- Conduct campaign forecasting, set-up, monitoring, optimization, and performance reporting
- Liaise with sales teams to define the buyer persona, the buyer journey, and the corresponding growth themes
- Collaborate with web & SEO, content, and media owners to implement the campaign calendar, and ensure proper sync with the outbound owner to avoid concepts conflict and audience overlap
- Oversee the global campaign calendar and determine the deliverability timeline
- Research healthcare top-level magazines to follow & engage with for advertising purposes
- Research healthcare events and propose marketing outbound tactics within the Fortech brand umbrella
Your Experience
Mid Social Media Specialist
- Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing
- Healthcare experience is a plus
Senior Social Media Specialist
- Minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing
- Healthcare experience is a plus
