Your Skills

  • Leadership skills; motivating/inspiring peers to do their best should come naturally to you
  • Experience managing all phases of a project/software development lifecycle
  • Open for communication and team collaboration
  • Good at giving relevant, actionable feedback
  • Good conflict management skills
  • Understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including agile development, test-driven development, and continuous integration
  • Experience working with Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Understanding of and experience with microservices architecture
  • Willingness to rapidly learn new technologies and advocate for emerging technologies that will enhance the existing environment
  • A mathematical & methodical thinking style
  • Proactive and problem-solving attitude
  • Very good command of English

Your Experience

Tech Lead/Senior Tech Lead

  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with Web technologies (Angular, React, Node, or Vue)
  • 2+ years of Tech Leading experience
  • Ability to coach and lead junior colleagues
