Currently, the application runs in the UK and Austria, and soon it will be launched in Germany. The client is planning to run it in 9 more countries around Europe.
Recruitment Platform for Construction Sector
2 Weeks (ongoing)
JavaEE, SpringBoot, Docker, NoSQL, ReactNative, Ui/Ux Design
An online platform for matching installers to jobs. Currently, to find, hire, and borrow installers, European installation companies recruit from vocational schools, borrow or steal from each other, hire from their networks, or hire recruiting agencies to headhunt or procure temporary and permanent installers. The purpose of the project is to consolidate all of these touch points into a subscription and commission-based platform, which will manage all installer recruiting needs in one place. This can be done by helping installers with the scheduling, contract, and payment aspects of the process, not just by matching them with potential hires.
Meet the Team
“I had the opportunity to start my career at Fortech as a junior java developer. I was assigned to a large international automotive project. The team was highly supportive and they made my accommodation a lot easier than I had expected. I had constantly received technical support through code reviews and pair-programming and they even considered my busy schedule by adjusting my workload and task complexity.
I think that Fortech is a great place to start your professional development.”
(Paul, Java Developer)
