Mihai Calinici has over 20 years of experience in IT outsourcing.

He graduated in Computer Science from Babes-Bolyai University and started his professional activity as a Java software developer in 2000. Soon after that, he joined Fortech as one of the first members of the company.

His experience is mostly in Java, with particular emphasis on complex software systems for the automotive industry. His technical background is complemented by leadership capabilities.
