Monica Bologa

Director of Engineering

Monica Bologa joined the company in 2018 as Delivery Manager and shortly moved to a unit management role.

She started her career in 1996, having Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Science from Babes-Bolyai University.

Her technical background is in Java and C/C++, but in the last 15 years, her focus was on project and product management. She has experience and a deep interest in the IoT domain.
