Fortech is looking to add a Mid-Senior Front-End Developer to its development team in Cluj-Napoca.
This will be a dynamic environment, where you have the chance to participate throughout the complete software development lifecycle including the design and architectural decisions and to focus on software quality through peer reviews, refactoring, continuous integration and deployment.

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality code
- Bring quality input into the projects by ensuring your code is tested, documented and takes into consideration performance, security and accessibility aspects when needed
- Participate in the technical and architectural decisions on the projects you work on
- Provide help and support for other team members when needed

Your Competencies
- Relevant experience with the modern JavaScript ecosystem: ES2015, Babel, Webpack, ESLint, npm scripts
- Relevant experience with frontend tools and with standard HTML/CSS
- A keen eye for UX improvements across the projects you work
- Good understanding of the component-based architecture and unidirectional data flows
- Working experience with one modern frontend framework: React, Angular, Vue, Ember etc.
- Experience with testing frameworks/tool in JavaScript: Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, Enzyme
- Good understanding of the web platform and the Client-Server Architecture
- Focus on clean code and following established best practices
- A keen eye for potential performance issues
- Written and spoken English is a must
- Passionate about programming and computer science in general
- Availability for teaching others and sharing information
- Active interest in contributing to open source

Our client is an official Adobe Business Partner (since 2004) and an “Adobe Authorized Training Center”. The project consists of a portal which assures global online presence for a large automotive company from Germany. The project team is working on the development of new features and maintenance tasks. It is considered to be one of the largest AEM deployments in the world.
