The solution, an iPad POS system, is revolutionizing the way in which businesses in the hospitality industry handle and organize client orders.
Our client’s system included Salesforce’s Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Experience Cloud. To boost the efficiency of the system and better serve each customer (cafes, restaurants, clubs, bars, etc.) our team was tasked with the following:
- extend the existing community to allow customers to update their personal profiles when it comes to GDPR settings
- extend the existing community to allow the customers to select various options for their insight metrics
We’ve also refactored the existing codebase to adhere to Salesforce’s best practices and secure sensitive information like login credentials and encryption keys and test classes to improve code coverage.
