Evolution

Fortech was established in 2003, when a handful of software engineers, working together since 1998 and still part of our core team, aimed at setting up a business in a still emerging field.

On a road that seemed like a roller coaster at times we turned into one of the most important companies on the IT market in Cluj and Romania, making the most of opportunities and overcoming challenges.

This growth brought us excellent positions in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA and Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Central and Eastern Europe rankings in 2010, 2011, 2013 and 2014.

Our mission for the future is to become a truly global and fully integrated services provider for IT related needs.

Our story

We have been building dedicated teams and developing carefully crafted custom software for established companies, startups, software houses and solution providers since 2003.

We started with a handful of software engineers and reached the 500 people milestone in 2015. We made it four times in the Deloitte rankings of the fastest growing technology companies in CEE and EMEA.
