The project was to digitize both the internal and external customer-facing journeys for part of our business. Bringing on board Fortech teams to support our product teams, we were able to bring a significant part of that business' journey online. At the moment, about 20% of that business' journey is now online, in less than a year of working together. That's where Fortech brought value to us - being able to scale up quickly with the right people and working with us to meet the requirements of the business.
